Devices could be a Siemens S7 PLC, a Kuka / Fanuc / ABB robot, a technology specific device for machine vision or a PC which runs an application, even a home-made embedded device, ARTAN sets all in Network.
The equipment on client’s site commissioning
Here you can see an example of ICD / IBR pneumatic very precise measurement system for engine cylinder diameter which was assisted by us for final client onsite commissioning.
Equipment integration in automated line
Downside you can see an example of an equipment we have integrated in the automatic line. We have been responsible for upgrading Robot program, debug PLC program, test, install and create measurements Keyence 3D controller and develop a PC Application used to log 3D (.bmp) images, numerical measurement results and design of a graphic presentation of the results.
Keyence 3D Profiler is moved by an ABB Robot on 1 vertical line (robot follows contour) and 3 horizontal lines, height and width of sillicon are continously measured and results are sent over Ethernet to PC Application and displayed here numerically and graphically related to the real 3D image.
